The Model 112 is the most spacious Mini-Office. Easily fit multiple desks or equipment for working out. At 8' deep, 14'3" long, and 8' tall, it can be used as an office, pool house, entertainment room, or guest suite.

Spread footings should be 18" diameter x 18" deep holes that are filled with leveling concrete from your local hardware store.
If you already have a hard foundation, this would be the best option to put your Mini-Office. If you do not have one, you can pour your own 4” deep foundation or hire a contractor to build one.
These can be store bought at your local home improvement store. They need to be 18" thick and and placed on site as level as possible.
