Perch comes with 7" walls with an insulation gap. This provides a fully insulated unit that is incredibly quiet.

AC and Heating

Inside of each unit is a utility core that provides shelving and also functions to conceal the Air System unit (heating and cooling). The unit is flush with the exterior so no obtrusive objects are sticking out.

Personalize every detail of your studio with high-end light switches and floor outlets. Each studio comes with an option of White, Black matte, or Polished Brass.
